Service Cancellation

At Sholrynnphikor, we understand that plans can change. We have established the following cancellation policy to ensure fairness for both our clients and our stylists.

Cancellation Timeline

  • More than 7 days before appointment: Full refund
  • 3-7 days before appointment: 75% refund
  • 48-72 hours before appointment: 50% refund
  • Less than 48 hours before appointment: No refund

Rescheduling Policy

We offer free rescheduling when done more than 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of your appointment may be subject to a rescheduling fee of $50.

Service Satisfaction

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your styling consultation, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment. We will work with you to address your concerns, which may include:

  • A complimentary follow-up consultation
  • Additional style recommendations
  • Partial service credit for future bookings

Package Services

For clients who have purchased service packages:

  • Unused sessions can be refunded at 80% of the remaining value
  • Packages are non-transferable to other individuals
  • Package sessions must be used within 12 months of purchase

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are non-refundable but are transferable. Gift certificates do not expire and can be applied to any of our services.

Please include your booking confirmation number and the reason for your request. Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
